Loan Syndication

We help corporates raise rupee loans from PSUs, private bank and Financial Institution. We have an expert capital markets team who have deep connects within the banking industry and work continuously with them to help raise funds for corporates.

Structured Products

We have an highly experienced team of experts who have been consistently placing complex structured products such as Pass through Certificates, Direct Assignments, Mortgaged backed Securities, structured backed with third party guarantees etc., with banks and financial institutions.

Private Placements of Bonds/NCDs

We help mid- and large- private corporate as well as financial institutions in private placement of their fixed income securities such as Non-Convertible Debentures/ Bonds, Market-linked Debenture and Commercial Paper.

Foreign institutional Debt Financing

Indian markets are increasingly become attractive for foreign buyers as it provides enormous market potential, support from the government and abundant manpower. Parallelly, Indian corporates look to access diversified borrowing profile. We work extensively with foreign investors to bring in capital in form of external commercial borrowing, masala bonds etc.
