Bandaru Ramadasu

Chief Products Officer

Mr. Bandaru, after completing his MBA in Finance, started his career in CRISIL as an analyst and then moved to CARE Ratings in 2008. He spent close to 11 years with CARE Ratings, including 6 years as Group Head for Structured Finance. He has experience of rating close to INR 1.5 Lakh Crore. of structured transaction for over 50 corporates. All the transactions has performed well and no record of default. After CARE Ratings, he moved to Vivriti Capital (Now Yubi), as a Structured Finance Head, and was responsible was some of the landmark transactions that the industry has seen in Structured Finance. His experience, depth of market knowledge and expertise is unparalleled.

Abhinandan Singh

Chief Business Officer

Mr. Abhinandan, after completing his MBA from IIT Roorkee, started his career as an associate at IFMR Capital. After working their for almost a year, he shifted to Vivriti Capital in 2017, where he was the first few team members who started Vivriti. In over 5 years, which he spent at Vivriti and then Yubi (Ex-Credavenue), he was responsible to close around USD 1.5 Bn worth of transactions across debt instruments for over 100 NBFCs. His expertise in origination, negotiation, structuring and execution has been the key to his success.
